Starting mid-July 2024, a groundbreaking shift in Florida’s real estate practices will take effect (if approved by the federal court).

The responsibility for covering the commission of the buyer’s agent will transition from sellers to buyers.

This modification, stemming from a settlement involving the National Association of Realtors along with a substantial $418 million compensation payment, is anticipated to significantly alter the dynamics of the housing market.
